1. General

These terms govern your use of Farmica's website and services. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Payment is collected on delivery or via mobile money (MTN/Airtel). Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Uganda. Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Standard delivery is 1-5 business days within Kampala and 3-7 business days upcountry. Delivery fees apply for locations outside Kampala.

5. Warranty & Returns

Products come with a manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty periods vary by product. Defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for inspection. Returns must be in original packaging with all accessories.

6. Limitation of Liability

Farmica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
