How long does delivery take?

Kampala and nearby areas: next-day delivery. Upcountry destinations: 3-5 business days via trusted courier partners. Express delivery available on request.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes — we provide installation support for pumps, irrigation systems, and solar equipment. Contact us to schedule an installation appointment.

Can I visit your store?

Absolutely. We're located at ML 10 & 11, First Floor, Farmers Mall, Container Village, Kampala. Open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Walk-ins welcome.

What is your return policy?

7-day no-questions-asked returns on most products. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Some exclusions apply for custom orders.

Do you offer warranty?

Factory warranty on all pumps and motors (typically 1-2 years). Manufacturer warranty on other products. We handle warranty claims on your behalf.
